They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. I haven't experienced an excessive wait time. The staff is extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. This provider has a lot of helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. I have recommended them to others.

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty
Does this provider remember you by name?
Never, they can't even remember throughout my appointment
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
No, no one seemed to notice I was there

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
