Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure?
Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

Maybe you are more concerned with making new patients feel welcome than taking care of people who have been coming there for many years. My teenage sons have complained in the past about the way they have been treated there, (rudeness, coldness, not allowed to rinse out their mouths, and their mouths full of grit)and I have ignored their complaints. They are not finicky or difficult patients either! Recently, when all three of us were scheduled for dental work in one day, your office made my son call me on his cell phone while he was in the treatment chair to tell me to hurry in early for my appointment. Then, you and your staff rushed through his treatment, openly talking about how you had to hurry to make your lunch break. We left there $299.00 later, him spitting tooth particles into a cup, being told that if the fillings didn't feel right, to come back to have them adjusted. He left right after that to move to Oklahoma, and made an emergency visit to a dentist who informed him that whoever worked on that tooth "destroyed it". Cracked all the way to the root, and he has to have a full root canal or lose the tooth. Thanks so much! Not coming back there.
