Dr. Tammy Phillips and her staff have always made an extra effort to be polite and courteous and make me feel safe and comfortable whenever I visit the office.. They never leave me for an extended period of time and I have never felt ignored. I have, and will continue to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I love how much attention to detail they show and the personal care they provide. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I can't imagine trusting a medical professional more than I do Dr. Phillips.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection
