Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is both friendly and welcoming. They are professional, efficient and helpful. All my questions were answered and I am very satisfied with the care I have received thus far.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

No, I didn't have to wait very long
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
