They kind and attentive to me. I don't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say other than some disagreements on the best meds for me. They do not know me very well yet so any treatment is based on their best information. Their primary concern seems to be what they believe is best for me, and they give me advice that benefits me. Not only have they never postponed my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible and I have never had cause to worry about them rescheduling it.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
