The front window staff are horrible. I took the day off from work for an appointment that I made with this office over the phone. When I arrived the lady at the front window stated that she made a mistake and I was technically a "new patient" because I hadn't been there in the last 3 years, even though I have been a patient for the last 25 years. She said the doctors would have to approve to take me on since I was a new patient again. I asked if I could talk with the doctor. She told me they were behind schedule and that I could not talk with them, even though there was no patients (no cars in the parking lot) at the time because it was the end of their lunch break. They could have at least had the decency to ask the doctor if they would take me as a patient while I was there since they screwed up and I was already there and already had a scheduled appointment!

My experience with Dr. Fulton and one of his front desk staff has not been pleasant. Dr. Fulton's communications was ongoing, controversial, abusive, and vulgar. Their communication skills are sub-standard compared to the rest of the team members. I would not recommend anyone to Dr. Fulton. The location is good. The cleanliness of the office is good. The team is good about not making patients wait in the waiting room/exam room for no more than 15-20 minutes. Billing is proficient. I've learned a great lesson to never hold a family physician up on a pedestal!!!
