This dental practice charges fairly high rates for their services. Front desk staff were not very welcoming. Hygienists are competent but many make the experience painful when it shouldn't be. Dr. Westfall does not spend much time with her patients. She misses easily diagnosed cavities and problem areas. (As noted by the new dentist we used after going to Dr. Westfall for a few years). Fillings that were done by Dr. Westfall would often fall out and have to be replaced. She always seemed to be seeing 2 or 3 or 4 patients at once and wasn't really focused on any of them. They also sent an invoice to collections two years after we stopped using them - even though we never received the invoice. The amount was small and it seems like their billing system and communication system is faulty. I would advise everyone to find a more competent dentist for the sake of their teeth.

Dr Westfall has been my families dentist since opening an her office on platt road. The experiences are always good, as they can be at the dentist :-)

Dr. Westfall has been our family dentist since our move to Michigan 1996. She is very professional but addresses your concerns. Her staff is vey professional. One of the best dentists that I have ever encountered. I only wish I could find a physician of her caliber.

After many years of fearing dentists I finally found Dr. Westfall. Since then she has worked with me to bring my mouth up to health and maintain it that way, and only because she is excellent at understanding pain and fear and actually gets me to show up! She is directly involved with each patient and is also a fine dentist, doing very nice work. Her staff are also very good and adopt the doctor's attitude towards patient comfort. It's been at least a decade now and I would not even consider going elsewhere, even if I lived far away.

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

No, I was afraid they were going to forget something important

Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question

No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time
Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider?
No, it took a while
