Dr. Kilbane was patient, thorough and friendly. He made me feel as if I was the priority while I was in the office, which is rare.

I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Dr. Kilbane gave poor advice and when given descriptions of liver damage, said they weren't cause for too much for concern. Mother ended up in the ER for several days with severe liver damage.
