They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments
