They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I am still upset about the fact that they don't back up their work. After a gold inlay filling coming out 3 times...they SHOULD NOT have charged me and my insurance a fee!

I am very upset with Brilliant Smiles in Adrian for the following reason. I had a gold inlay filling done a couple of years ago. It has come out several times and I narrowly avoided swallowing it. The last time I had it put back it I assumed that took care of the matter. It did not. It unexpectedly fell out again on 3/25/11. I called the office 3/28/11 at 8:45 a.m. and got a recording that I was calling during non-business hours which begin a 8 a.m. I left a message. The call was returned shorty but they couldn't get me in till 3/30 so I complained and they got me in the same day. I assumed they would fix the filling again. They did but charged my insurance and me a co-pay of $31.50. I don't think they should have charged me. They obviously don't back of their work and my wife and I are strongly considering changing dentists, especially if this filling falls out again. And, while fixing the filling the dentist dropped it and I narrowly avoided swallowing it yet again!

After I was slammed with a $12,000 bill and poor workmanship, I find that this Dentist just got out of jail and his license to practice reinstated spring of 2008. He was charged with numerous counts of fraud and drugs. Please do your homework before you see this dentist.
You can research him on the MDOC (Michigan Department of Corrections) website to get the facts.
