Bad experience!! I felt a toothache starting so I called right away. They got me in the same day but Dr Ross couldn't find anything. I called the next day because I still had a toothache, she refused to prescribe a antibiotic until I had another X-ray. So made another appt for the following week. The 3rd day I go in there first thing in the morning without an appt. I was able to get X-rays and she finally gave me an antibiotic. By then I had a raging toothache! I was waiting to hear from her to see what the X-rays showed. Dr Ross never called me back! I was left with a terrible toothache and a dentist that blew me off. Beware!!

Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen!

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. The assistant was wonderful and so was the receptionist, however Kristin was rude to me as a parent. They gave me useful information however they gave me a prescription and didn't tell me why I needed it so I had to call back and find out why.

They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
