This review is more for the staff than it is the dermatologist. As we all know, life happens and things can be forgotten or people run late. The day I showed up was one of those days, and as someone who works in customer service I know what it's like to deal with that. The secretary woman, however, did not. She was rude and unwilling to help me in any way. Instead of sympathizing with me and helping to correct the situation to benefit both myself (so I could continue with my appointment) and their office (so they could take my money,) she was snippy and nearly gave me a lecture. This could be the greatest dermatologist in the world but I'd have no idea because I couldn't even get past the receptionist.
