Very arrogant doctor. After being a patient with the Dr for several years and a ph call to let them know we're going to be 5 min late we were refused services and told we owed $ 90.00. We were 7 min late due to traffic conditions due to an accident in frt of us.Asked to speak to the doctor. No other patients in the office when we arrived. Dr never came out. Waited 18 min in waiting room and finally another patient arrived and was taken in immediately. Continued to wait and still no dr came out. Asked for copy of med records and they said a $1.00 a page and $2.00 for any Path report. Most of his staff have left the business or been fired. Very, very bad service. Rating should be a negative 10. Checking with my health care carrier to make sure he doesn't try to charge for office call.

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. The staff was incredible! Dr. Saunders is incredibly knowledgeable, and the two physician's assistants Mary and Emily are very talented. The nurses were always smiling! So rare these days. The woman at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Beautiful people and beautiful office!

The doctor was very friendly and I appreciated her help. The front desk person was not very friendly or helpful. I was told they don't take Blue Cross so I had to pay out of pocket at my appointment which I did. My insurance, in error sent them the check and now I can't get my money returned to me or get anyone in their office to call me back. My insurance company has even called them and they are told they don't have a bookkeeper at this time and when they leave a message for the office manager she never calls them back.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
