Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

This place is a factory. I'm sure the docs are very qualified. Aside from that, everything is done for their convenience, and not for the patient. Takes forever to get in (4 months for new patient?) No reminder calls about appointments. When he comes in, he's got an asst with him...no privacy at all. She takes all the notes, the doc can't be bothered. I was put off by the whole experience and won't go back.

If there's another dermatologist around...try them first...because i got the impression these guys could care less.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
