Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

I thought the doctor was friendly enough. I was more concerned with the job being done. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one.
