The staff was helpful and friendly. They fit me in same day to fix whatever was causing the pain that was preventing me from chewing. The staff was polite both on the way in and out. Dr. Walcott was quick and worked with me to make it so that I was able to bite down. I will come back here again.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Dr. Butler of Hillandale Partners has been my dentists for years. He also provides dental care to my two sons, and has been seeing them regualrly since they've had teeth. My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist. I have had cavities filled, sealant applied to molars to prevent cavities and a gold inlay to correct a broken molar set. Through these procedures and routine cleanings, I have always been comfortable with no pain. Their office is squeaky clean and relaxing. He and his team consistently provide EXCELLENT customer service. I always learn something new from Dr. Butler and his staff, and as far as I am concerned, Hillandale Dental Partners sets the gold standard for efficiency, effectiveness and professionalism in dental care.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. They gave me a little information about fees and payment plans before my treatment, but not enough. I wish they had gone over it more thoroughly with me. I probably would have decided to not do the treatment. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
