The best dentist & office staff in Salisbury!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have referred several friends & co-workers and they are delighted with the office, Dr. McCann and how nice & friendly everyone is.

I feel like my appointment was pointless. Nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Dr. McCann put a cap on a bad tooth and three days later I had to go to another dentist to get a hole drilled in the cap for a root canal. I told him that the tooth was hurting but he did not listen. I had other problem with the billing staff and my insurance, that was not handled in a professional way.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.
