They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. I felt the doctors language as offensive like "you will feel sorry for yourself", I felt he is more of money minded because I felt he is very desperate to make money by opting to remove more teeth than necessary.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
