Went to the Silver Spring Office. The Dr. was good, very quick with me, but the outcome of the implant is good. The biller was horrible. My first visit I asked to talk tot he biller about my dental insruacne and the contracted rate to determine my CoPay. No one would talk to me at the first appt. and would not return multiple calles. The front desk staff told me I had to over pay as a self pay patient. Long story short, the insurance co. got involved, I showed the Dr. the amount over paid and got a partial refund. Ridiculous as they are a PPO provider in my dental insurance.
BE CAREFUL not to over pay.

This practice has excellent medical skills but Very Poor Business practices. If asked what expenses you will incur prior to the procedure they misrepresent themselves. I begged them to tell me in advance what I would be responsible for, they told me one amount. After surgery I received a bill for twice the amount over what I paid in advance. BEWARE

My experience with Dr. Stark in Rockville last year was the 2nd worst experience of my life only after being the victim of a violent crime. After waking up from my wisdom teeth being removed I began hyperventilating, my heart started racing and I went into a full blown panic attack. Rather than bring back my boyfriend (who they had insisted be at the facility the entire time I was) as I was crying and screaming for them to do, his staff tried to comfort me themselves even after I asked not to be touched. The true kidney punch was Dr Stark snarkingly asking me how old I was. There was no follow up from the office, no apology for the behavior of their staff, and they have already enlisted the help of Reputation.com to remove my prior review. Dr Stark is a horrible human being and a cruddy doctor if he doesn't know that a known side effect of versed is paranoia and hyperventilation. A further note to the office managers at MOSA, you could have avoided this review by showing ANY HUMAN COMPASSION and I will continue to post this review any time you should remove it. My name is Ashley Elmer and I will never use your facility again and be sure to tell anyone who will listen to do the same.
