It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

I take my whole family to Dr. Ramamurthy's office for all our dental. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I know I am a grown up but I still don't enjoy the dentist. Dr. Ram was a comfort to me during a very uncomfortable procedure. That kind of compassion is rare these days. The office staff is great. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and ask about other family members who aren't present. With teenage children, they no longer need or want Mom in the exam room. Dr. Ram always comes out to greet me and discuss their results. They give you prices and co-pay amounts up front so I am never surprised with a bill. They have even given discounts when doing an expensive work to help me afford what I need. I highly recommend this dental office. They have a lift chair on the stairs so they are handicap-accessible.
