I couldn't even make an appointment because Lisa from the front desk was so rude and disrespectful. I used to go here all the time. Shame. Never again - bad employment decision.

After a lot of research, I chose Dr. Hill based on his reputation and experience. I came into his office for a septoplasty consultation. Dr. Hill was extremely pleasant and gentle with his examination. We discussed options and decided that surgery would be the best way to go. His staff worked with me to schedule a convenient time for the operation. The septoplasty was done at South Shore Hospital.

Dr. Hill cares so much about his patients, on his day off, he went out into a raging snowstorm and came into the hospital. He had brought me what he touts as "Weymouth's best muffin". This was while I was still in the hospital resting after the surgery. Dr. Hill made sure the surgery was painless. Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hill and his staff. A+ folks!
