Dr. Lach is a wonderful physician/surgeon and I recommend him highly. I have been going to him for over 20 years. Very patient, caring doctor and also very smart and know what he is doing.

Core medical was the right choics. They do not turn you away like most would. They will address your issues and leave you feeling hopeful about your issues. Cannot wait to start my therapy and turn things back around. I have suffered Low T for years and doctors told me I was young and it would go back on its own. I had been prescribed Viagra for years and no one actually treated the underlying issue until I met Charlie and Dr Lach. Thank you Core Medical.

Your intake / new patient paperwork has a few mistakes in it, please get it proofread. I was offered services without also being told why and had to contact office to learn the reason(s). For example, I did not complain about ED and Cialis was in my suggested treatments, why..
