They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
