Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff helped me right away. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
