The entire staff is so nice and professional. I very much appreciate the reminder call for my upcoming appointment/s. I'm able to get an appointment at times convenient for me and my family (my children transition to Dr. Hegeman once they outgrow the pediatric dentist). Dr. Hegeman is punctual and the waiting room well-stocked with magazines. The staff maintains a very professional appearance. Dr. Hegeman referred me to an entodontist at one point, and that dentist was excellent as well.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff was ready for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. I really appreciated that listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. He is a very honest dentist that only does work that needs to be done (unlike several other dentists I have encountered). His cleanings are gentle and thorough, and he gives you helpful suggestions to improve oral health. He's been my dentist for many years, and I can't imagine going to anyone else.
