They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room. It's always made me nervous when I wasn't allowed to be with my child at other places. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they were to my child. They were just fantastic.
I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends looking for a good pediatrician. They were fantastic with my kids.

The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
