I have to agree with the person who wrote about the receptionist. She was very rude!!! This was our first visit as we followed our pediatrician from another practice. Not friendly at all. The nurse was also very rude. Not impressed with the staff. They need some manners. Love my pediatrician!!! Not sure we are staying.

Dr Callahan-Butler is wonderful, however, her receptionist is horrible! She decides what messages she wants to pass along to the doctor, and will lie to your face about whether or not a conversation was had. She is rude, and ineffective. The stress of dealing with Darlene, the receptionist. makes going to see Dr. Callahan-Butler or trying to get anything done in that office almost unbearable.
