My family has decided to leave this practice after making appointments, taking off from work or picking up the children from school, and showing up only to find the office is closed. This occurred three times this year. In general, your time is not valued at this practice. Additionally, the male "office manager" rescheduled my appointments for random days without discussing with me. Another issue is that services are forced on you with high out of pocket expenses with little to no explanation of the service being offered. No options, just charges and time wasted. If the office is not closed, and you are able to actually be seen by Dr. Davis, your experience is fine. My children felt ignored, and always commented that her staff was not gentle. I had to call several times to have my records released and when I stated my issues and concerns, the male office manager never apologized or made any professional attempt to maintain the business. Customer service is not a strong suit for this office.
