I am really picky when it comes to service provided by doctors. At first I did not like this practice. My first son was born around Christmas. For his first few check-ups we had to go to their Woburn office, then Winchester hospital, then the Woburn office again all before meeting his doctor in North Andover. After finally meeting the North Andover staff, I was very happy that we stuck with them. Every time one of our kids is not feeling well, we get an appointment within a few hours (the north andover office does not do walk-ins). They are always helpful in answering my questions and we are almost always called in within 2 minutes of checking in. I love our NP and doctor. They are both so sweet and are always able to answer my questions. It is also super conveinent that they have a lab right there in the office.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!
