Someone dropped the ball had no problem asking for copay but let me wait for 1:15 minutes then bought it to their attention front desk said “oh ok” proceeded to take my paperwork to the back said someone will be calling you well that was another 10 minutes. Still more waiting happened, I left. The only young lady that apologized was someone in training. Just to be clear Mercy Medical Dental Associates by Mercy ER Downtown Baltimore 👎

Just like other reviewers said, I am having a hard time reaching anyone or getting an appointment. Even calling during their office hours they are almost always not available. Leaving a voicemail never help getting a call back. If you finally do reach someone, they are not very helpful, maybe a bit rude. I am not sure if I am going to make an appointment at this point.

Worse experience ever! I hadn't been to the dentist in some time and the dentist was very short with me. Had no facial expression and didn't even introduce himself or his assistant. He made me feel horrible for trying to do the right thing and his assistant was very rough with putting those things in my mouth for the xrays. He never even explained what was on my xrays and what needed to be done. Just tole me to come back for a cleaning and a couple extractions. Well guess what? I never returned! I have found a dentist who cares about my feelings and is willing to map out a plan to get my teeth back to better health.

I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person because even they deserve better than this. I don't know about the people who gave positive reviews. Maybe they're the ones paying out of pocket for their procedures and making this jerk rich! I hope they take note of the negative reviews and change their nasty ways or else they will lose a lot of business.

They are always "booked" or "closing" and the staff is beyond rude. I can't speak to the service of the dentists themselves. But why would I want to see anyone in the office after such awful customer service at the front desk.

Worst. Dentist. Ever.

I went for a cleaning and new patient exam. The hygienist poked at a few teeth and scraped a few teeth. Total time for her to do a cleaning and polishing? Nine minutes. No exaggeration.

The dentist then comes in to do his exam, which lasted another 60 seconds. He stood behind me the entire time - I never saw his face - he never introduced himself to me. No doctor-patient skills at all.

I will not be going back.

But then, called a new dentist and set an appointment for a cleaning and exam. Because Mercy billed my insurance for x-rays, my insurance won't for a new set - only once a year. So the new dentist asked me to contact Mercy and have them email over the x-rays they took. Simple, right? Wrong. They want $25 to send an email. Ridiculous.

Will never EVER go back there and encourage everyone to avoid them as well.
