Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. Although I was hoping to be able to watch my favorite show during my dental procedure, they had plenty of magazines for me to look through. My procedure flew by because I had something to distract me the entire time. I would recommmend them as a freindly dental experience if you are afraid of dentist

I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
