if i could give negative stars i would. it's a long story and an unpleasant one. don't make an appt. there. i have crummy insurance and now i know why he was my option.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Dr. Gupta's dental assistant was very unprofessional, I actually listened to her talk about a patient in front of me. She was also very unempathetic. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I'll definitely be going back. Dr. Gupta was great, very knowledgeable and attentive. Because of him I didn't have a bad experience.

Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to

The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

just had the worst dental experience of my life at this office! First, I waited an hour to be taken back to the exam room. Then one of the techs (who did not seem to have any idea what was going on in the clinic) laid an xray protective pad across my chest and proceeded to take xrays without even speaking with me about what she was doing. I then sat another 15 minutes without Any of the techs (there were three of them in and out of the room speaking to each other) communicating with me about what was going on. I finally spoke up about it and was later admonished by Dr. Gupta. When I was finally seen by Dr. Gupta, the tech who took my xrays came to help and stood way too close (body pressed against my arm) and proceded to shove the drain around my mouth even as the dentist told her to get out of the way. The water pick he was using kept spraying my face and neck and the suction drain kept dripping on my face, at which point, either one of them would decide to take the "napkin" hanging around my neck and wipe my face with it. This happened not just once but multiple times. My purse, which I had been advised to place on a chair nearby, was pushed to the floor and ended up wet. I got up to leave and walked down the hall, at which point, they ran after me with some fluoride and had me rinse with that in a separate room. All this for a basic cleaning! I have never in my life been so disgusted with my dental care. Stay far, far away from this place!
