i have been waiting for 7 month for an appointment with this doctor through valley psych services, in spfld. my daughter finally got an appointment for a time in march, i think it was. both she and i have disabilities...i have memory issues, ADD, and depression. my daughter has a genetic syndrome. i have been seeing my own therapist for about 6 years, and i constantly work on trying to become a better person. my daughter missed 2 appointments. one was my fault , because i forgot. the second time the therapist did not get back to me as i had requested, and so i completely forgot about the appointment until she left me a message telling me i missed the appointment. the therapist refused to share responsibility for this mistake, and because of this , i think she had my daughter's appointment with the psychiatrist canceled. i have left messages three times with this person who supposedly schedules appointments for the psychiatrist , and she has neglected to return my calls. i will be trying one more time, and then i will be reporting this agency to the state medical board...or whomever i am referred to. this is a VERY unethical way to run this type of business. so what happens to people with mental health issues like mine? we need help in finding ways to remember the appointments. these businesses should not just toss us away,...especially when one outright explains their own shortcomings and requests assistance with helping to comply with appointment dates. we are kind of stuck using this provider because my daughter has medicare and mass health. there are not any good doctors who accept both medicare and mass health and who are also well versed in developmental disabilities, so what can we do?

No, I couldn't even find it with my GPS

Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members
