Communication had broken down in this team of adults, and the TEAM was unable to establish a plan that worked for this child. Dr. Livinginston's individual work with TEAM members, assisted in the establishment of an effective treatment plan. This plan ultimately incorporated family and school support, medication, after school care and most importantly a working communication between TEAM members including members of the faith community. The child was able to stay within the community, avoid residential programming and is performing more successfully in school.
