I would like to start off by saying,,,,there are no amount of words that can describe what a wonderful experience ive had at Aspen Dental in North Dartmouth,MA......right from the start everyone made me feel comfortable and at ease. The staff starting with the receptionist,,,to the hygenists,,,to Dr Sethi are the most professional crew i have ever had the pleasure to deal with,,,I would not hesitate to recommend Aspen Dental in North Dartmouth to anyone young or old,,,,
They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. Amy, and Dr. Serti presented me with the facts, and then offered options They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with my treatment plan because I did not feel overwhelmed after I left, and felt it was doable. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The office was immaculate, and this is very important in a dental office. Very, very pleasantly surprised.
Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I drove to an appointment at their Fall River location. I had my office assistant to call them to let them know I was running 5 minutes late. When I got there only 3 minutes late, they informed me that I needed to be there 15 minutes before the appointment to fill out forms, and refused to see me. I asked politely. I begged. I cajoled. I asked to see the office manager. I asked to talk to one of the dentist. Incredibly, no one would relent, and they sent me away. Never have I been treated to inconsiderately regarding an appointment. There is no exaggeration here. With that kind of attitude, they don't belong in business! That's how incensed I was after being treated so badly.
I had previously gone to their Dartmouth, MA location, and had a completely different experience. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. I had several questions, but they didn't all get answered. I could have definitely used more information. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always hesitant about being able to actually get seen, given my past experience. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. But never go to Fall River. Rude, insensitive, unreasonable. The entire staff - and believe me, I went up and down the chain of command.
They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment.
