I had a wisdom tooth extracted at Central Mass Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. The experience was much less traumatic than I expected. It took less than 15 minutes and the aftermath was painless. Dr. Connors was professional to the extreme. His staff was equally supportive, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Connors!

Having a tooth pulled is never fun, but if it must be done, do it here! This facility is amazing. The staff was super friendly and the wait was short. My wife was escorted to the waiting room, which looked like it belonged in a 4-star hotel. Flat screen TV, Keurig coffee machine, and a refrigerator filled with assorted drinks, all on the house.
I had to wait a while for my blood pressure to go down, and so I got to chat with one of their wonderful dental assistants for about ten minutes. She couldn't have been any nicer. Finally, relaxed and ready to go, the Doctor came in. He too was friendly, down to earth, and a pleasure to have in my corner. Might I add that the facility was spotless, very clean.
All in all I would highly recommend this wonderful office.

The staff made me feel so comfortable - they're sense of humor was much appreciated as I was nervous about the procedure. I also really appreciate the follow up call I received a few hours upon arriving home to check in! Would definitely recommend CMOS to others. Thank you so much for everything :)

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When my dentist called they answered right away and were able to get my son in immediately. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. They did, however, neglect to tell me in advance that they were not a member of my dental plan so I had to pay out of pocket for the surgery. What a surprise after what we had already been through. I don't know what I would have done if I did not have the money at the time of the emergency surgery.
