They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Dr. Julia Logan was a great choice of provider for my second pregnancy. I had some risk factors that she managed skillfully, making me feel like a partner in the pregnancy. Dr. Logan helped me find a MFM who was also fantastic and convenient for me to see as the office was near my work. The coordination of care between Dr. Logan and the MFM was outstanding. I definitely recommend Dr. Logan.

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I really felt comfortable and secure in their care. The equipment was safe and well taken care of and appeared to be pretty sophisticated.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Everyone is compassionate and genuinely concerned about our feelings and perspectives. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

Dr. Logan was very anti-medication for my first pregnancy. I was already anxious and began to suffer from very, very bad mourning sickness. She REFUSED to give me any anti-nausea medication, telling me to just "ride it out". On the flip side, I felt I was bullied into taking iron pills (which upset my stomach and caused other problems). After my delivery, (c-section) which was very difficult, she made a few insensitive comments to me which caused me great upset and angered my husband as well. She also refused to give me more than a few days worth of pain pills post-partum, telling me "motrin works just as well". Um, yeah, I am glad she has the ability to gauge the pain in MY body! Looking back, I should have switched to a different doctor as soon as I felt uncomfortable with her, but at the time I was too stressed out to begin again with a new doctor. We found a terrific doctor for our second pregnancy and the experience was completely different. I would not recommend Julia Logan, especially for someone's first pregnancy.

Dr. Logan has several times tried to pressure me into unnecessary tests on the premise that this is the best way to assure myself that I am healthy. She also likes to chatter aimlessly, as if this technique will make you forget you are suffering through some ungodly procedure.

The office is disorganized and has lost my phone number repeatedly, no matter how many times I give it to them. Unable to contact me, they send letters to my home asking that I call the office right away. Pretty alarming. But it's only because they have lost my phone number again.
