Appointment reminder done. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't keep me updated about how much longer it would be. Odd because there is plenty of them but customer service was aweful. When I left my appointment, I honestly couldn't tell if they cleaned my teeth or not . Beware: the Clinical contact surfaces are not all cleaned. Chair arms and head rest were slick with body oils. I question environmental Infection controls when surface barriers on the light for example hasn't been changed between patients. Walls are filthy too. What am I not seeing?? Wait time once you're in the chair is poor. Surface numbing agent wore off before doc came in. 30 minute wait in chair after 10 in waiting room. 3rd and last time back.
