I had a tooth pulled around 12 noon today. I have taken extra strength tylenol and one dose of ibuprofen for pain and nothing is helping.
I call the clinic back around 5 30 pm and I was told they are already closed and there is no one on call for pain medication.

The Pain is an 8 my entire side of face hurts and throbs. I am disappointed that they pull teeth without coverage for problems such as this.
Very poor after care without concern for the patients.

I had a wonderful experience at this dental center. All front desk and dental professionals were excellent.

It has been a few years since I have been there. I had to live off cape for a few years because of family death. Now I had to return to cape because of another death in my family. I want to return to this clinic asap for my dental needs.

I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. Not only was I not able to watch TV during my dental procedure, I couldn't even read a magazine or look out the window. I was extremely bored the entire time. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. I had several questions, but they didn't all get answered. I could have definitely used more information. I was worried that the veneers and fillings I got would fall off quickly, but they lasted exactly as long as they were supposed to. They did a good job putting them on. The questions asked were not applicable. My review draft is not what I wanted to say. A couple of people who answer the phones are so uninformed that I just wasted my time today; she didn't care why I was coming though I explained...thus, the dentist (who is mostly great) didn't know why I was there and I needed to make another appointment to do what needed to be done which will probably delay the procedure that needs to be done for another month. Train your people! Let them know what a consult is; what has to be done to have oral extractions (paperwork/paperwork/x rays). Other than that, I have no complaints. And I have no idea how they treat their staff. And, I usually wait 5 to 15 minutes (the only options were they ruined my day or they took me right on time). Who writes these questions?? Because they're dumb.
