As I'm sure it is with everyone, trying to find a new dentist can be scary. So needless to say, I was hesitant with how I would feel with this new dentist. I am happy to say that I was extremely satisfied with him as well as the office. Everyone was so friendly & laid back. The only bad thing I have to say about this dentist is that he had to leave his practice, so I am once again faced with trying a new dentist. I wish him well in the future.

Dr. Poirier was the height of unprofessionalism. His time with me was spent telling dirty jokes and laughing with his assistant. The crown he made for me was excruciating. When I called complaining of pain, he made me wait three days. He then re-fitted the crown, but it had sharp barbs on it. The fitting was very painful. He assured me everythingwas fine. Tonight, while flossing my teeth, the crown came off. This man is imcompetent.
