Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. In addition, Dr. Goljan takes the time to listen to his patients. I truly believe, if not for his attentiveness to what I was saying to him at the end of my appointment, my cancer would not have been diagnosed for at least another year. Thanks to him, I am 4 years cancer free!
