Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.
