i visited Dr Hsiao this past yr. and he was so nice! very concerned about my tooth. i was able to be seen very soon as it hurt so much. I've had a temporary cap on for a while made by my dentist, so , there was something not quite right, it seems there is another root all of a sudden that has played "shy" , and have been fit in to see the Dr. Hsiao TODAY!~
He is going to look at it again.. He is very thorough, the people in the office are nice, his dentistry office is spotless. Yes i would go anytime to see this Dr. and have given him 5 stars for his thoroughness as a Dr.

I am really disappointed with this dentist. I saw all the good reviews online and I made an appointment. I asked them if the dentist is in my insurance's network and the lady said yes. We were there 15 minutes earlier and waited till 20 minutes after the appointment, even though we were the only patient there all the time. And then we got just 5 minutes with the dentist! All he did is check my son's teeth with his eyes (no fancy instruments at all) and then he said my son needs to extract his teeth out with a dental surgeon. For that 5 mins they charged us $158.00! And that's not the end. 3 weeks later, we got a bill from their dental office saying that they are not an in network provider and we have to pay more. Anyway, I feel fooled and I would never go back to the dentist again!
