An amazing dental experience; the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and very kind. They walked me through everything and were never short with me. Very different than any healthcare office I have ever been to.

Excellent customer service, Dr. Medaugh and staff make you comfortable from the minute you enter the office. Everyone is so gentle and kind that it is a pleasant experience from start to finish. I felt as if everyone cared for me, helped me get the dental work I needed, as painless as possible. NIce people, great dental care.

The hygienist Pam and Dr. Medaugh made sure every single question I had was answered, Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I am very confident about the dental care there.

The hygienist P was very friendly and able to explain the issues going on with my teeth . They showed me what was going on with the camera. I ended up having some old crowns replaced, (2) and some fillings. The dentist is very careful and focused, he puts alot of focus into what he does, very committed to getting his work done the right way. It took more time and visits, but he really made sure the bite was correct and comfortable. They stand behind their work - very satisfied. At the end of it all, they helped me acquire a night guard through insurance, Comprehensive, they put alot into it. Susannah
