I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

I have maintained my teeth very well all my life. Gerber's was the first that keep urging me to go for orthodontics and teeth cleaning etc.
Their opportunity came after my pregnancy, as I fell short of my usual up keep with my teeth. They took complete advantage of that and started stating I have 4 cavities, want to setup a time to fill it and also said I should straighten my teeth. They never took an xray to confirm and I went for 2nd and 3rd opinions, took xrays and confirmed that I DO NOT have any cavities.

The most ridiculous part is when I ask them how do they plan to fill the teeth that they suspect having cavity, they gave me vague answers like "I will have to cut it and work my magic to fill it". and when I ask "what if it does not have cavity, you cut open my teeth for nothing?" they responded with: you should see orthodontist to first straighten your teeth so that we can fill it properly. I was not quite done with my questions especially when she made it sound like it is a serious operation that may potentially fail. She cut me off and just said we should setup an appointment.
Naturally for an establishment that goes after my $, they tried to send me to $6000 orthodontics treatment instead of a simple follow-up xray that would have cost me nothing.
I do not feel they deserve a license to practise and am considering a lawsuit if only there is a way to confirm the 1 tooth they made me fill was also a false report of cavity.
I should have suspected when they have such a high turn-over rate of hygienists. The hygienist said there's 1 suspected cavity, but as soon as Dr Padma came in she started naming 4 out of the blue.
She is the most pushy and unethical dentist I have ever seen, and I find it very hard to give Dr Gerber himself the benefit of doubt for partnering with someone so unethical.

My advise is: stay away from this establishment.

My wife and I went to them several times because of a change in Dental insurance. I always felt that they were pushing you into having work done, whether you needed it or not! A constant sles pitch. When we were able to return to our regular dentist (change in Insurance) we asked for our x-rays to be forwarded to our current Dentist. There reply was a bill for $50 each!!!!!!

All they did was show me what they were interested in!!!!
