Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Dr. Gilbert is great, very nice & understanding, really seems to know her stuff! They eventually return my phone calls, sometimes I've had to call them back because it had been a while. And dealing with the woman who answers the phone, Sandy, is horrible, I've thought of leaving because of her, I can't believe they let her speak to patients, but Dr. Gilbert is really nice, so I'm still there... for now. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question from her.
