This happens to be a wonderful office with caring employees. Sometimes even doctors get sick and require surgeries. Dr Natalie Majorek, saved my life when I got sick. Her quick diagnosis and follow up made all the difference. I wish her best of lack in her endeavors. The doctor, who took over the practice is just as wonderful. Every office has its problems, if someone is unhappy with the office just talk to the office workers or the doctor, they are there to help you and make the situation better for everyone, or better off go and talk to representatives. Some of the best doctors are leaving the field and practices due to bureaucratic regulations -billing, referrals, compliance, the endless back-and-forth with insurance companies. The doctors are made into paper pushers instead of providing quality care for the patients.

The doctor is qualified but that assumes you can actually see her. Despite the fact that it appears that the office is well-staffed (if you count bodies), no one answers the phone. Ever. The staff is rude and no one appears happy at all to be there and they absolutely show it. They overbook patients and you can often want >1 HOUR to see the doctor yet they posted signs that said "If you are 5 minutes late for an appointment, you might have to reschedule. If you are 10 minutes late, you definitely will have to reschedule." The doctor has taken some unexplained and lengthy (3 months) leaves of absence. If she determines that a specialist should see you, no attempts are made to even give the name of one to contact.
