The very best team. From front office all the way through techs and Dr McPherson they all take their time to not just treat your issues but listen to concerns.

My daughter broke her front tooth. Dr. McPherson was very gentle and explained everything he did. He was kind and talked to her. He constantly asked her how she was doing while working on her. I was very pleased with the kindness and caring but also the professional and prompt manner which it was handled.

I wasn't given any sort of payment plan or fee information before they went ahead and scheduled my treatment. I had no idea how much I should expect to pay. They didn't give me any sort of financial information until long after my procedure was already finished. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place!

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
