Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I have already given them multiple good recommendations to my loved ones. If anyone was in need of a gastroenterologist, I would totally direct them here.
