I was here visiting from out of state and came to Hanover Health to be seen. I didn't have my insurance card and Sukhi at the front desk went above and beyond to make calls and get the information for me to be seen. The wait wasn't to long plenty of magazines and T.V. to pass the time. Dr. Singh was VERY thorough and took his time and made me feel as a patient of his and not just an urgent visit. The experience from begging to end was great and will definitely go back if I visit again and need to. I HIGHLY recommended Dr.Singh.

I like Dr. Singh, he is a good and caring doctor that takes his time. So he equals 5 stars, but other surrounding parts and methods need some work.

The office could use some upgrading.

I have to wait when I have an appointment. The appointment system there is not that useful, because it still seems to be first come first serve. This part is kind of frustrating since I try to do this on work breaks.

Also don't like that he only issues 30 day perscriptions when I obviously have a condition that requires long-term perscriptions.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information.
